No. Most clients share a door code or leave a key in a lockbox. We text when we arrive and again when we lock up, with a short photo report.
Plant-based, pet- and child-safe products by default, with fragrance-free options on request. If you prefer your own products, we'll note it in your home plan and use them.
Yes. Every specialist is a background-checked Alva employee, trained in our method, and fully insured and bonded. We never subcontract your home.
If anything on your plan was missed, tell us within 24 hours. We'll come back to re-clean that area at no charge — usually within two business days.
Anytime up to 48 hours before your visit, free of charge, from your confirmation email or by giving us a call. Later changes may carry a small fee.
Always. We arrive with HEPA vacuums, color-coded microfiber, squeegees and step ladders, so you don't need to supply a thing.
